About The Position

As a Night Auditor for Traditions Hospitality Group at West Bay Casino & Resort, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts while also providing front desk services and support to guests. The role includes helping maintain hotel security, assisting with breakfast and guest amenities, and collaborating with hotel staff to resolve issues and support guest satisfaction. This position is part-time and located at West Bay Casino Resort in Kingston, Oklahoma. The listed pay range is $14.50–$16.50 per hour. Work availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; lifting and carrying light to moderate loads; occasional outdoor duties in varied weather; and occasional exposure to mild to moderate smoke in certain hotel areas. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work independently during night shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts.
Perform front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out and assistance with inquiries and requests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Help secure the hotel premises during the night shift by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing routine security checks.
Assist with preparing breakfast and other guest amenities as needed.
Collaborate with hotel staff and departments to support guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and in the lobby.
Follow company policies and procedures for guest privacy and security.
