About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Barista for Hotel Granada. The role prepares and serves customized hot and cold beverages, explains products to customers, processes payments, and serves prepared foods and baked goods. It also involves maintaining stocked customer service stations, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and service areas, checking food-service equipment temperatures, and stocking or helping manage products. The position requires a service-focused team player who can communicate effectively, multitask, and work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, blended coffee, and tea, customizing orders as requested.
• Describe product details to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Serve prepared foods and baked goods, including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels.
• Keep customer service stations stocked with paper products and beverage-preparation items.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, service areas, and seating areas.
• Routinely check freezer, refrigerator, and heating-equipment temperatures to ensure proper functioning.
• Stock supplies or retail products and, as directed, inventory, order, or receive products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
