About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, food, and other beverages. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, and preparing orders according to standard recipes or customer customization. Baristas perform a variety of store tasks and follow operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize orders as requested.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
