About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. In a fast-paced environment, you engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as greeting customers and remembering their favorite orders. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of different tasks during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
