About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. Engage with customers, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to their requests, and perform a variety of store tasks while meeting operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Maintain store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
