About The Position

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a talented and energetic Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized work environment in a fast-paced soccer and recreation facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take and accurately process beverage and snack orders.
• Prepare coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
• Ensure food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards.
• Regularly maintain and clean coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep workstations, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols.
