About The Position

The Barista prepares coffee drinks and serves food items, paying attention to presentation and guest preferences. The role helps create a welcoming guest experience by sharing knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked café, and handling transactions accurately. The Barista follows company cash-handling policies and safety and sanitation standards, keeping equipment and food areas clean and compliant. The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience is required.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to complete them within 90 days.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome.
