About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. Requirements

• Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
• Engage with customers, discover their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
