About The Position
Starbucks baristas craft coffee and create warm, welcoming experiences that help customers feel connected. They engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks during each shift. The role is fast-paced and requires consistent attendance, flexibility, and teamwork. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Able to learn quickly.
- Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
