About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, discover and respond to their needs, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. The role requires working in a fast-paced store environment, following operating and safety standards, handling cash, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
