Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjusting temperature or ingredient quantities and substituting ingredients.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
