About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You engage with customers, learn their needs, and prepare quality beverages and food according to standard recipes or customized requests. The role calls for a welcoming approach, pride in your work, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, discover and respond to their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
