About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and meaningful moments through friendly service, personalized interactions, and quality coffee. The role involves working in a fast-paced store, engaging with customers, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and carrying out a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
