About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee encourages connection and customer interactions brighten people’s days. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while providing quality service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility to perform a variety of store tasks and follow operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and make customer-requested changes, including adjustments to temperature or ingredients.
