About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each customer interaction can brighten someone’s day. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
