About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customers feel valued. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences, engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs, and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced store environment. No previous experience is required; Starbucks describes the role as an opportunity to grow through developmental experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, safety, and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
