About The Position

Baristas create a warm, welcoming space where coffee can spark connection and each customer interaction can brighten someone’s day. The role is suited to people who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in their work. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while carrying out a range of store tasks and following operating standards.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders when requested.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
