About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role oversees center store activities, inventory accuracy, audits, invoices, vendor check-ins, daily bookwork, safety processes, and service and maintenance tickets. The Center Store Manager is part of the store leadership team and may lead when other leaders are unavailable. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.25 per hour; actual pay may vary based on candidate qualifications and other stated factors.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager, including completion of daily task lists, daily store walks, and safety processes.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
