About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and completing a variety of store tasks during each shift. Baristas are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attendance and punctuality, and follow store operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

• Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and respond to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards.

• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
