About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You help brighten customers’ days through friendly service, remembering favorite orders, and creating meaningful moments. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Work collaboratively as part of a team.
