About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and make each interaction meaningful. In a fast-paced store environment, you prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, while contributing to store operations and maintaining quality, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required; the role offers developmental experiences and access to Starbucks partner benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and discover and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
