About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You brighten customers’ days through friendly service, remembering favorite orders, and engaging with people in a fast-paced environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, while following store operating policies and standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service through clear, pleasant communication and by discovering and responding to customer needs.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes, including customized orders and recipe changes requested by customers.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
