About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Barista at Heather Tiedeman in Atlanta, Georgia. The role prepares and serves coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items while following recipes, production standards, and HACCP food-safety guidelines. The Barista interacts courteously with customers, processes orders and payments, maintains service areas and equipment, and helps ensure customer satisfaction. Barista experience is required. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour, and the position participates in a daily tip pool. Days and hours may vary, and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enter orders accurately into a POS device and accept cash and charge payments.
Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while keeping the service area clean.
Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
Maintain the sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
Prepare food using approved recipes and prescribed production standards.
Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
Thoroughly clean equipment and the workstation before leaving the area for other assignments.
Greet customers courteously and interact with them to support customer satisfaction.
Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
Serve customers quickly and efficiently and prevent delays in serving lines.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Use selling techniques and good communication to assist customers with buying decisions.
Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
