About The Position
The Barista at Point Place Casino Hotel prepares coffee drinks and food items, provides customer service, takes orders, and supports a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The role includes informing guests about casino facilities and their locations, processing payments accurately, answering questions about food and beverage offerings, and following Point Place Casino policies and New York State Liquor Authority laws.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to speak English.
- Ability to enter orders and settle checks using a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to count money and make correct change.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee drinks and food items according to recipes and standards.
