About The Position
Creative Dining Services is seeking a friendly, experienced food service professional to join its barista team at The College of Wooster. The role serves food and beverages to students in an inclusive, professional environment using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The position is based at Old Main on weekdays and at Macleod’s every other weekend; shift times change during summer and school breaks. The employer describes opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters during the winter holidays.
Requirements
- Friendly, experienced food service professional.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food and beverages.
- Operate the register, other devices, and credit card machine accurately.
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
