About The Position
Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Barista Shift Supervisor at Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina. The role directs associate activities during an assigned shift and ensures work expectations are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The position requires prior barista experience; Starbucks certification is a plus. Days and hours may vary, and open availability is required. Pay is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Direct associate activities during an assigned shift and ensure job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.
- Train associates and create work schedules.
- Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet reasonable performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
