About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, make their experience personal, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
