About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, create a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing quality beverages and food, engaging with customers, and helping make meaningful moments. The role is fast-paced and involves learning customer preferences, responding to customer needs, and completing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
