About The Position
Starbucks Baristas create a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, beverages, and food. The role suits people who enjoy engaging with customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Baristas provide friendly service, learn customer needs, prepare standard or customized orders, handle cash, and follow store safety and operating standards. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Meet store operating policies and standards, including those for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and respond to their needs.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer modifications.
- Be available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
