About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and help make each visit meaningful. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Able to learn quickly.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Able to engage with customers and prepare food and beverages, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
