About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while providing clear, pleasant service in a fast-paced environment. You may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to follow store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize them as requested, including changing temperatures or ingredient quantities or substituting ingredients.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
