About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
