About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customer interactions make meaningful moments. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, provide pleasant and attentive service, and contribute to store operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
