About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where customers feel connected and cared for. You craft beverages and food, engage with customers, and create meaningful moments through friendly service. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
