About The Position

Starbucks Baristas create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. They engage with customers, provide friendly service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks during each shift. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
