About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming experience where coffee helps spark connection. In a fast-paced environment, you engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, while meeting store policies and standards. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

Provide customers with quality service through clear, pleasant communication and by discovering and responding to their needs.
Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customize orders, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
