About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and help make each visit meaningful. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer preferences, while meeting store standards for quality, cash handling, and safety. The role involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift in a fast-paced store environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Meet store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
