About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You engage with customers, learn their needs, and contribute to positive experiences through friendly service and attention to detail. You prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, handle cash, and follow store standards for quality, safety, and security. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.
