About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and perform a variety of store tasks.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
