About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing quality beverages and food, engaging with customers, and helping make meaningful moments during each shift. The role operates in a fast-paced store environment and includes a variety of tasks. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, discover and respond to their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
