About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and create meaningful moments throughout each shift. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and operating standards. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during a shift in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
