About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contribute to a positive experience throughout each shift. The role is fast-paced and includes performing a variety of store tasks while following operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Be able to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.
Learn quickly.
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
