About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and care to help make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and direct and coordinate the work of other employees. The role requires meeting store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Have at least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
• Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
