About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming environment where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and perform a range of store tasks during each shift. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing a positive customer experience. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customized customer requests.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
