About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, beverages, and food. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, and delivering quality products and service in a fast-paced store environment. Baristas may perform a variety of store tasks during each shift and must follow operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clear, and pleasant customer service, discovering and responding to customer needs.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Meet store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
