About The Position

A Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, beverages, and food while engaging with customers and helping create meaningful moments. The role is fast-paced and involves communicating with customers, responding to their needs, preparing standard or customized orders, handling cash, and following store safety, security, and operating standards. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
