About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and meaningful moments through coffee service. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. Baristas work in a fast-paced store environment and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
