About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high-energy effort and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a welcoming customer experience through hospitality and customer service, prepares food and beverages to customer specifications, and helps maintain product availability and clean store areas. Supervisors mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.

• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
