About The Position

Baristas create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. In a fast-paced store environment, they engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks. Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantity, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of different tasks in the store during each shift.
