About The Position
As a Member Advisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor to members and process financial transactions. The role involves providing excellent member service, addressing member needs, and supporting the credit union’s mission of helping members live their financial dreams. The position is based at US 31 South and may require assisting at other branches within the region as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently assist members with transactions, including cash handling.
- Problem solve and maintain member accounts.
- Identify members’ needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide excellent member service.
- Assist at other branches within the region as needed.
